This website has no sign-up forms. To book or enquire, you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, and we receive only what you choose to share: the swimmer’s name and age, the parent or guardian’s name, a phone number, swimming level, preferred days, and for event enquiries, the event details.
When you tap “Send on WhatsApp” on our booking page, your browser only builds the message. Nothing reaches us until you press send inside WhatsApp.
We use your details to reply to you, arrange and confirm class timeslots, run lessons, keep class records, take payment (cash or PayNow) and contact you about your booking. We keep your details private.
We teach children from age 4. A parent or guardian should make the booking, and by sharing a child’s details with us they confirm they are allowed to do so.
Our coaches (Coach Patrick and Coach Justin). Your details are also used for SwimSafer and the Singapore Life Saving Society (SLSS), for course records and awards. WhatsApp (Meta) carries our messages under its own privacy terms, and your bank handles PayNow payments.
Our web host, Vodien, keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address and browser) for security and reliability. Our security software records login attempts to the site. We use only the cookies the site needs to work and stay secure, and no advertising cookies. If we add visitor statistics in future, we will update this page first.
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email lifeguardsg@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
We limit who can see your details, keep the website and its software up to date and run security monitoring. No system is completely risk-free, so please share only what is needed.
